Questions

When do I pay the remaining balance?

Only when your item has arrived in Ghana. We notify you, and a Pay Balance button appears in your account.

What if my item never arrives?

If we cannot source your item, your deposit is refunded in full. We will contact you directly.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has been purchased on your behalf, the deposit may not be refundable.

A pre-order deposit reserves your item on the stated shipment. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift with shipping and customs. The balance becomes payable once your goods arrive.
